We only accept return requests in the following cases:

- The item is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos or a video showing the issue
- Your order number or confirmation email

If your return request is approved, we will issue a replacement only for the same item.

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

In most cases, you won’t need to send the product back. If a return is required, instructions will be provided.
